This is a presentation my maths group made on 3d shapes. We presented it to the class. We needed to complete 2 challenges using toothpicks and wine gums.

  2. Hi Jacob, This is great math! Well done :) It's fabulous to see that you were able to document your learning and to blog about it as well. The shapes that you and your team constructed were quite complex. It looks like it required you to be really creative!

If you are looking for another creative outlet this summer I'd really encourage you to join our Summer Learning Journey. It's an online blogging programme for students from Panmure Bridge and it's proving to be a lot of fun. To participate you just have to go to the Summer Learning Journey website at: https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/.

You can then click on the 'Weekly Activities' tab and find 20+ activities to choose from. Each of the activities relates to travel and adventure and many of them require you to use your creativity and to think outside of the box.

Please consider joining the journey. You can earn points for every completed blog and the students with the most points at PBS will earn points at the end of the summer. Even though you will be going to another school you are still eligible for the prizes!

I'll check back tomorrow to see if you've joined the journey. I hope that you will :)

    Cheers,
    Rachel
